Another famous Cretan destination at the west side of Chania is Falassarna, part of the Natura 2000 network. Fallasarna beach is ideal for swimming, with crystal clear waters, aquamarine sea and fine golden sand, for many it is considered to be one of the best beaches in Crete.  A place of recreation, leisure time and wonderful views, here you can relax or enjoy water sports.

Payment Policy

1. Deposit Requirement: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Final Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled tour date. For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments. Cash payments may be accepted on request, subject to prior arrangement.
4. Late Payment: If the final balance is not paid on time, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
5. Confirmation: A booking confirmation and payment receipt will be sent via email once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3–6 days prior to the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
4. Weather or Force Majeure: In the event of cancellations due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures, natural disasters), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
5. Changes & Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
