This was our first time using Daytrip. We went from Chania to Rethymno with a stop at Lake Kournas. Marianna was EXCELLENT. She provided information as we were asking questions. She was very pleasant to talk to and very flexible in terms of our time during our stop. She even recommended a better restaurant than where we would have stopped (her recommendation was perfect for us).
