Rethymnon & Kournas Lake Tour

Lake Kournas is the only natural sweet water lake in Crete. It is a destination for amusement and peaceful walks around the lake. Sea bicycles and catering facilities are offered to visitors.

Rethymnon is the third largest town of the island located at the north coast. It’s a place that combines history with the 16^th century buildings of the Venetian period, the old harbor and small alleys together with mosques and orthodox and catholic churches.

Payment Policy

1. Deposit Requirement: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Final Payment: The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled tour date. For last-minute bookings (within 7 days), full payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and secure online payments. Cash payments may be accepted on request, subject to prior arrangement.
4. Late Payment: If the final balance is not paid on time, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
5. Confirmation: A booking confirmation and payment receipt will be sent via email once payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3–6 days prior to the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
4. Weather or Force Majeure: In the event of cancellations due to severe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures, natural disasters), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
5. Changes & Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
